1. Personal Technical Skills Development Session

Personal training is custom designed to unlock the individual skills, confidence and consistency of the athlete, while laying the groundwork for future success. These 1 on 1, high-intensity, tactical and technical sessions will allow your player to focus on their specific goals, ensuring their development is at the forefront.

2. Group Technical Skills Development Session (8 players max)

Combining agility training and technical skills, small group training sessions designed to unlock in game realism, skills, confidence, and consistency. Each session is designed based off the group skill level and will allow each athlete to optimize the session.

  • $40/hr per player

3. Team Skills Development/ Practice Session

Coach Shyle works with team coaches and clubs to run specialized team sessions focused on areas the team wants or needs to develop - attacking, defending, transition, possession, finishing, and/or techniques. Each session is carefully crafted after assessment with coaches to provide exactly what teams are looking for.

4. Coach Development/ Practice Workshop

The Soccer Lab works with clubs to run Coach Development Workshops catered to new coaches of Grassroots players. These sessions are optimized to provide coaches the tools and confidence they need to run sessions with their teams. Focused on U8-U16 Coaches.

5. Recorded Video Analysis

Using veo to increase your education through direct feedback on your game film or training sessions. How many completed passes, touches in & around the box, shots, defensive blocks, tackles, or saves, etc did you have? We'll analyze to give you insight on where you excel and what improvements can be made. Don't worry, I'll also do the recording and video analysis for you! 

  • $25 per 30 minutes of film
